Week 10

Since my work is animation and camera and storyboard, by the end of the current stage, my work is done. So here are the other people’s renderings and post-production effects.

When I saw the finished animation of the part I was working on, I wasn’t satisfied. Because that part of the screen shot was really bad. None of the locators on the character are turned off, and the resolution is very low. I was so shocked by such a bad screen shot that I asked him to retake the screen shot and submit it, but he refused. Because it was the night before the deadline when the rendering was done. So put the whole video together and it’s time for the deadline. Yes, he just dyed the part of the scene he made, he didn’t render this part of me, although at the beginning he promised me he could render it all and showed me that he was better than the school computer Computer. What’s more, I submitted my work to him at least a week in advance. The submission date of my corresponding video can be found on my Youtube account. And he didn’t tell me before that he couldn’t take screen shots.

I found out about his poor screen shot and wanted to do it myself, but the character’s clothes and hair and scene textures are all there with him. I asked him to give me the clothes and other assets, but he didn’t send them until days after the submission deadline closed. So I can’t resubmit or modify my assignment.

I have screenshots of my own other projects on my blog. Those all looked good, and if he told me ahead of time or allowed me to remotely control his computer, I could submit a high-quality screen shot in less than 10 minutes, but he didn’t tell me that.

When I saw this video, I was really angry, these fighting animations were made by me 1 frame by 1 frame K, I worked very hard to complete my work, but I didn’t expect to get such a result!

This is my first Project.

This is my second project.

The Matrix

This is the second project I’ve worked on. What I did in this project was to adjust the camera. This project is from a classmate of VfX major. When I accepted their project, they had almost done it, and they needed an animation professional to help them adjust the camera. So I agreed to do them a favor, and I was running out of time because of the long time left to render. And all the cameras in this blog were adjusted by me within three days.

In fact, they finished building the model very early, but the classmates who agreed to help them with the materials did half of it and left, which caused a lot of confusion. Also I can’t make a camera for the model I’m doing the material on. This will result in two files, one is a file with a camera in my hand but no material, and the other is a file with a material on the opposite side but no camera. This will cause a lot of trouble, of course I can also export the camera, but because there are enough scenes, it is also very error-prone.

I asked them about the plot of this short and they said no. They just wanted to show off their very good modeling, materials, lighting, etc. They just wanted to do really cool special effects and didn’t focus on the plot. That’s why they take a very long time to render.

Frames: 25

Number of cameras: 1
Camera movement: After the stone gate is opened, the camera pushes forward until the stone gate is no longer visible and stops

Scenario 3:
Model file name: Telephone+house.rar Fin
Time: 6s
Number of cameras: 1
Camera movement: vertical movement from bottom to top to stop at the screen position

Camera 2_The front of the computer screen, slowly zoom forward until the screen is full screen

Scenario 5:
Model file name: Telephone+house.rar Fin

Scenario 8:
Model file name: TV Room Fin

Week 6

This video is what I intend to use as a reference for my 2nd project. This video is about pigeons. My friend and I went out to see the museum to see the exhibition. We happened to meet a Christmas booth outside, so we bought hot dogs here. In the end, the hot dogs that could not be eaten were found by the pigeons, so Fly over to eat. This video is very interesting. And the overall length is about 45 seconds, the time is just right.

As I said in my blog before, because of the rapid development of motion capture technology, many animations of characters now use motion capture. The company I practiced at before did the same, and even many of the protagonists had facial expressions captured. So I want to try to do some motions that cannot be captured by motion capture technology at present, such as cats and pigeons, which is why I chose this reference for animation.

This cat reference is also an alternative that I was going to choose as an animation. This video shows my cat Moqi sitting on my dad’s PAD and never moving away. But my dad wanted to get a PAD, so teased him with a comma stick, trying to distract him and get these PADs. In the end, Moqi sat here and didn’t move away at all. On the contrary, the Pad was turned on because of his violent movements and was glowing, so the overall effect was very interesting.

However, my instructor told me that because the animation of my first personal project was going to be a cat, if the animation in this section continued to be a cat, it would cause duplication of content, so I crossed out this reference and chose to be a pigeon. that one.

Week 7

This section is the section where the first run receives the weapon, which just connects to the animation of the previous run. The difficulty is not high, you only need to modify it on the previous run.

Here’s the timeline for the animation where the weapon flies over. Since I haven’t received the scene so far, I don’t know where the weapon is flying from. So I also need to think more about the timeline. Frames 59-60 on the timeline are about the binding and unbundling of parents, so this section cannot be modified. 55~58 is the section where the gun is just caught. Because there is no scene, I am not sure how far the gun and weapon flew out, so if you need to wait for the scene to come out, you can directly modify the 25th frame.
